建筑節能與綠色建筑技(ji)術的研究(jiu)與開發

國務院(yuan)(yuan)“十(shi)二(er)五”節(jie)(jie)(jie)能減(jian)排綜合性工(gong)作方案中,將建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)節(jie)(jie)(jie)能列入(ru)實(shi)施節(jie)(jie)(jie)能減(jian)排的(de)(de)重(zhong)點(dian)工(gong)程(cheng),要(yao)求在建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)、公共(gong)機構以(yi)及城鄉建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設和(he)(he)消費領域(yu)全面加(jia)強用能管理。國家對建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)節(jie)(jie)(jie)能的(de)(de)政策導(dao)(dao)向(xiang)表明,建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)節(jie)(jie)(jie)能和(he)(he)綠色建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)是貫(guan)徹節(jie)(jie)(jie)能減(jian)排和(he)(he)提升建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)品質的(de)(de)可持續發展(zhan)的(de)(de)長期規劃,必(bi)將引導(dao)(dao)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)業的(de)(de)轉變。根(gen)據國家對建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)節(jie)(jie)(jie)能的(de)(de)政策導(dao)(dao)向(xiang)和(he)(he)科技發展(zhan)趨勢(shi),我院(yuan)(yuan)應進一(yi)步加(jia)強開展(zhan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)節(jie)(jie)(jie)能和(he)(he)綠色建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)領域(yu)的(de)(de)科技創(chuang)新、開發研究:

(1)建(jian)筑節能與(yu)綠色建(jian)筑集(ji)成應(ying)用技術、評估與(yu)標識方法的研究

重(zhong)點圍繞(rao)典(dian)型氣候特征地域的(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)節(jie)(jie)能與(yu)(yu)綠色(se)(se)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu),開展以建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)節(jie)(jie)能與(yu)(yu)綠色(se)(se)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)理念的(de)(de)區域環境規劃(hua)、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)設計、空調系統設備、可再生能源利用、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)材料及部品、施工與(yu)(yu)質量控(kong)制(zhi)的(de)(de)集成應用技術研究。圍繞(rao)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)節(jie)(jie)能與(yu)(yu)綠色(se)(se)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)的(de)(de)標識體系,開展居(ju)住建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)和公共(gong)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)的(de)(de)綠色(se)(se)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)技術應用效(xiao)果檢測評估(gu)與(yu)(yu)標識方法(fa)的(de)(de)研究。

(2)建(jian)筑節能(neng)材料和可(ke)再生能(neng)源(yuan)應用技術及部品的(de)研究

重點是圍繞低碳節(jie)(jie)能(neng)的建(jian)筑(zhu)材料(liao)及部品開(kai)展研(yan)究。如無機(ji)保溫材料(liao)建(jian)筑(zhu)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)體(ti)系、自保溫墻(qiang)體(ti)材料(liao)建(jian)筑(zhu)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)體(ti)系、新型高性能(neng)建(jian)筑(zhu)材料(liao)、新風能(neng)量回收產品、防火和抗震保溫隔熱(re)(re)材料(liao)及制(zhi)品,以及制(zhi)冷、制(zhi)熱(re)(re)、衛(wei)生熱(re)(re)水三聯(lian)供地(di)(di)(di)源熱(re)(re)泵機(ji)組(zu)、移動式(shi)地(di)(di)(di)熱(re)(re)源衛(wei)浴裝置、建(jian)筑(zhu)物(wu)遮陽裝置等的生產與應用(yong)技(ji)術(shu)。圍繞科(ke)學合理、因地(di)(di)(di)制(zhi)宜地(di)(di)(di)利用(yong)地(di)(di)(di)源、水源、空(kong)氣源以及太陽能(neng)源等,研(yan)究其在建(jian)筑(zhu)中的應用(yong)技(ji)術(shu)及部品生產技(ji)術(shu)。研(yan)究多種自然能(neng)源復合應用(yong)技(ji)術(shu)、自然蓄冷蓄熱(re)(re)采暖空(kong)調技(ji)術(shu)等。

(3)建筑節能檢測鑒(jian)定與(yu)改造技術

重點是圍(wei)(wei)繞建筑節能(neng)(neng)(neng)材(cai)料(liao)和(he)部品試(shi)驗(yan)室檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)、現場建筑能(neng)(neng)(neng)效(xiao)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)的完(wan)善和(he)提高,以及(ji)既有建筑節能(neng)(neng)(neng)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)鑒定(ding)與改造(zao)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)開展(zhan)研究(jiu)。如圍(wei)(wei)護(hu)結(jie)構(gou)保溫(wen)材(cai)料(liao)熱(re)物(wu)理(li)性能(neng)(neng)(neng)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)、保溫(wen)隔(ge)熱(re)門窗和(he)幕墻的熱(re)物(wu)理(li)性能(neng)(neng)(neng)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)、建筑遮陽(yang)熱(re)物(wu)理(li)性能(neng)(neng)(neng)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)、采暖空調(diao)系(xi)統(tong)現場檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)、 可再生能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)現場檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)、圍(wei)(wei)護(hu)結(jie)構(gou)保溫(wen)隔(ge)熱(re)系(xi)統(tong)現場檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)鑒定(ding)與處理(li)措施、既有建筑的節能(neng)(neng)(neng)檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)鑒定(ding)與改造(zao)成(cheng)套技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)等。

(4)建筑運行能耗監控平臺和管理系統的研究

重點是(shi)圍繞(rao)大型(xing)公(gong)共(gong)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)、辦公(gong)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)的(de)運行(xing)能(neng)耗(hao)監(jian)控(kong)平臺及用能(neng)管(guan)(guan)理(li)智能(neng)系(xi)統開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu),為(wei)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)大型(xing)公(gong)共(gong)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)、公(gong)共(gong)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)合(he)同能(neng)源管(guan)(guan)理(li)提供技術支撐。如(ru)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)運行(xing)能(neng)耗(hao)監(jian)控(kong)平臺軟件(jian)和設備的(de)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)與(yu)(yu)開(kai)(kai)發(fa)、建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)運行(xing)能(neng)耗(hao)系(xi)統的(de)診斷與(yu)(yu)分析(xi)系(xi)統的(de)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)、公(gong)共(gong)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)能(neng)耗(hao)限額(e)指標體系(xi)的(de)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)、合(he)同能(neng)源管(guan)(guan)理(li)服務系(xi)統的(de)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)與(yu)(yu)開(kai)(kai)發(fa)等。
