由四川省建(jian)筑科學研(yan)究院(yuan)有限(xian)公司(si)會(hui)同有關單位(wei)共同編制(zhi)的(de)強制(zhi)性工(gong)程建(jian)設(she)規(gui)范《既有建(jian)筑鑒定(ding)與加固通(tong)用規(gui)范》,于2020年12月4日以線上與線下相(xiang)結(jie)合的(de)方式在(zai)成(cheng)(cheng)都(dou)召開審(shen)查會(hui)。住房(fang)和(he)城鄉(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)建(jian)設(she)部(bu)(bu)標(biao)準定(ding)額(e)研(yan)究所副處長(chang)雷麗英,住房(fang)和(he)城鄉(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)建(jian)設(she)部(bu)(bu)標(biao)準定(ding)額(e)司(si)副司(si)長(chang)王(wang)瑋、二(er)級巡視(shi)員王(wang)果英、工(gong)程師董晟,住房(fang)和(he)城鄉(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)建(jian)設(she)部(bu)(bu)工(gong)程質(zhi)量安全監管司(si)二(er)級巡視(shi)員陳(chen)國義,住房(fang)和(he)城鄉(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)建(jian)設(she)部(bu)(bu)標(biao)準定(ding)額(e)研(yan)究所處長(chang)李(li)大偉,審(shen)查專家及部(bu)(bu)分編制(zhi)組成(cheng)(cheng)員等參加了會(hui)議。
審(shen)查(cha)會由住房和(he)城鄉建(jian)設部標準(zhun)定額(e)研究(jiu)(jiu)所副處長(chang)雷麗英主(zhu)持,主(zhu)編單位(wei)四川省建(jian)筑科學研究(jiu)(jiu)院(yuan)有(you)限(xian)公司(si)黨委書記、董事長(chang)王德華(hua),總(zong)經理、總(zong)工程(cheng)師吳(wu)體(ti),加固技術與(yu)標準(zhun)研究(jiu)(jiu)院(yuan)院(yuan)長(chang)黎紅兵、總(zong)工程(cheng)師梁爽及相關人(ren)員參加了會議(yi)。

住房和城(cheng)鄉建設部(bu)領導代表主(zhu)編(bian)(bian)部(bu)門(men)講(jiang)話,四川省建筑科(ke)學研究(jiu)院有限公司總經理吳(wu)體(ti)代表主(zhu)編(bian)(bian)單(dan)位致歡迎辭(ci),主(zhu)編(bian)(bian)王(wang)德華對(dui)(dui)規(gui)范編(bian)(bian)制(zhi)情(qing)況進(jin)行了匯報,會議(yi)聽取了編(bian)(bian)制(zhi)組對(dui)(dui)規(gui)范編(bian)(bian)制(zhi)過程和內容(rong)的介紹(shao),對(dui)(dui)規(gui)范內容(rong)進(jin)行了全面審查。
審查委(wei)員會一致(zhi)同意規范通過審查,認為規范突出(chu)了技(ji)術(shu)法規性質,針對既有(you)建(jian)筑鑒定與(yu)加固,提出(chu)了既有(you)建(jian)筑檢測、安全性鑒定、抗震(zhen)鑒定、結構(gou)加固的基本要求(qiu),內容架構(gou)、要素構(gou)成(cheng)等與(yu)國外(wai)技(ji)術(shu)法規和(he)先進技(ji)術(shu)標準接(jie)軌(gui),達到國際先進水(shui)平。
一(yi)直以來,四(si)川省建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)科學(xue)研(yan)究院(yuan)(yuan)有(you)限公(gong)司在(zai)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)物鑒(jian)(jian)定加(jia)固(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)改(gai)造領域標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)化(hua)(hua)工作(zuo)成(cheng)果顯著(zhu),編制了包(bao)括《民用建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)可靠性(xing)(xing)(xing)鑒(jian)(jian)定標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)》、《混凝土結構(gou)加(jia)固(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)設計規范(fan)》在(zai)內(nei)的10余本既(ji)有(you)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)鑒(jian)(jian)定加(jia)固(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)改(gai)造領域的國家標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun),此次強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)制性(xing)(xing)(xing)工程(cheng)建(jian)(jian)設規范(fan)《既(ji)有(you)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)鑒(jian)(jian)定與加(jia)固(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)通用規范(fan)》順利通過審查,對(dui)行(xing)業具有(you)重要意義。四(si)川省建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)科學(xue)研(yan)究院(yuan)(yuan)有(you)限公(gong)司極其重視標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)化(hua)(hua)工作(zuo),成(cheng)立加(jia)固(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)技(ji)術(shu)與標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)研(yan)究院(yuan)(yuan)專門負責既(ji)有(you)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)鑒(jian)(jian)定加(jia)固(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)改(gai)造相(xiang)關標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)化(hua)(hua)工作(zuo),在(zai)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)化(hua)(hua)深化(hua)(hua)改(gai)革之際,推(tui)動標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)的科技(ji)創新和質量(liang)提升,為(wei)形(xing)成(cheng)“強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)制性(xing)(xing)(xing)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)守底線、推(tui)薦性(xing)(xing)(xing)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)保基本、行(xing)業標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)補遺漏、團體標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)搞創新、企業標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)質量(liang)”的既(ji)有(you)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)鑒(jian)(jian)定加(jia)固(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)改(gai)造標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)化(hua)(hua)體系新格(ge)局貢(gong)獻力量(liang)。
